ordering, the arrangements for payment and delivery, the
supplier's details, and your cancellation rights.
When shopping online, always check you are using

Make sure the company has a geographical address
and landline telephone number and keep a record of it.
If your item costs over £100, using a credit card
may give you added protection if the goods are faulty,
not as described, or don't arrive. It can also help if
you have difficulties claiming from the trader.
Keep copies of all paperwork - print off any
emails you might receive relating to your purchase, such
as your confirmation order and delivery dates.
In many cases you may be able to get a refund if
you change your mind about a purchase within seven
working days of delivery.
Know Your Size - this sounds obvious, but
it's amazing how many people buying clothes simply dont
know their size.
Sign up to mailing lists - although this is
obviously going to increase your junk email, from time
to time you'll hear about special offers and previews
for clothes on sale before everyone else!
