Running in the Park

jogging in richmond upon thames Running in Richmond Park is probably the simplest way to exercise - the path round the perimeter is between 7.2 and 7.5 miles. 

There are a couple of running clubs who regularly take to the Park - Ranelagh Harriers Running Club and Sheen Shufflers Running Club.
