A combination of
British and Mediterranean cuisine makes Annie's a great

Arthurs On The Green
The Green, Twickenham,
Middlesex, TW2 5TU, T:020 8893 3995
Arthur's is a great restaurant to eat, relax and watch the
world go by on Twickenham Green. Friendly service.
We also recommend their English breakfast.
The
Botanist on the Green

Replacing Browns in late 2006, The Botanist has a pleasant
relaxed restaurant with an unusually broad selection of
beer and a long wine list by the glass as well as the
bottle. For food, try the beetroot and butternut squash risotto, and then
finish off with a coffee in the bar.
The Depot
Tideway Yard, Mortlake
High Street, Mortlake, SW14 8SN, T: 020 8878 9462
A
constantly popular Barnes restaurant with a good
reputation - albeit a little too enthusiastic with the
garlic at times. The Depot's sunday lunch is
excellent.

Pricey but excellent
restaurant tucked away off the Petersham Road, serving
lunch Tuesday to Sundays (and the Sunday lunch is
excellent). A
unique environment, with an award-winning book-writing
Chef, Skye Gyngell. Reservations are essential. The
tea house is also pretty good for a
lazy afternoon reading the papers.
Red Peppers
53 Broad Street, Teddington, TW11 8QZ
A friendly and fun
restaurant with a broad range of food from mussels to
steak. The Caesar Salad is a hit. Family friendly.
Restaurant
at Bingham Hotel
106, Kew Rd, Richmond, Surrey TW9 2PQ,
Tel: 020 8948 8008
Glamourous restaurant on Kew Road. Really good
food with a menu including classic Modern European food
ranging from sea bass and burgers to pork belly and
lobster.... but the service lets them down a little.
Sonny's
94 Church Road, Barnes, SW13 0D, T: 020

Possibly the best restaurant in
Barnes, Sonny's never fails to please - whether a posh

brunch in the cafe.

bedrooms in case the evening becomes a little too fluid
- as well as a large conservatory, garden and play area
for children.
The
Wharf
22 Manor
Road, Teddington, TW11 8BG, T:020 8977 6333
Converted from an old boathouse, the Wharf offers
contemporary cuisine in a great position
overlooking the river by Teddington Lock. The food
is much improved and focuses on seafood.
White Brasserie
123 High Street, Teddington TW11 8HG,
T: 020 3316 2900
Pretty good Teddington brasserie owned by Raymond
Blanc's company. From seafood to steaks -
everything tastes good, and the atmosphere strikes a
good balance between posh and gastro-pub casual.
