Fireworks Around Richmond 2016

It’s hard to believe, but fireworks night is just around the corner.  Another evening celebrating the Gunpowder Plot (or maybe celebrating the prevention of the Gunpowder Plot?) with a small glass of mulled wine and maybe a hot dog.

What we really like about these events is the sense of community they create.  Local people coming together to share an experience of ‘oooh’ and ‘aaah’ as the sky lights up, without a thought to the various differences that can exist at other times of year.  I suppose it also helps that it’s dark…

If you know any more about any of these firework events, or any other in the Richmond Borough, please let us know via a comment below or email.

As we get closer to the big night, we’ll be updating as many of these as possible!  If you have pets, you may want to take a look at the RSPCAs advice on making animals feel safe during the fireworks.

Finally, please note that in most cases the ticket prices are quoted for ‘pre-booking’ and are likely to be more expensive on the night.
