A 20 game unbeaten run for the All Blacks ended today as England romped home with a 38-21 score line.
England have been beaten by the All Blacks in their last nine meetings, and recent falterings against South Africa and Australia made the New Zealand boys very firm favourites for the game.
Owen Farrell put the home team up 12 points to nil at half-time to put most of the 82,000 spectators in a good mood.
Although NZ pulled back with a couple of quick tries, England pushed on hard in the scrums and scored tries courtesy of Barritt, Tuilagai and Ashton to move England further ahead.
By now the game was looking beyond the All Blacks reach. A further try from Tulagai and two penalties from Freddie Burns (who was enjoying his debut) put the final nails in the coffin and England finished 38-21 up.
An amazing performance from the home side.
