Teddington has quite a few decent pubs, although more and more seem to be turning into 'restaurants with bars'. If you think we've missed a good one (we really aren't trying to build a list of every pub in Teddington), please let us know.

We've always liked Teddington. Right by the River, some good shops and definitely a good selection of local restaurants and pubs. For some reason the closer you get to the river, the fancier (and more expensive) everything gets. We suppose that's true of London as a whole!
Teddington still gets bust on the rugby days, but nowhere near as crazy as Richmond and Twickenham, so if you want to escape the madness, this is a godo place to start.
