Don Fernando's 27F The Quadrant, Richmond, TW9 1DN, T:20 8948 6447 Andalucian styled Spanish food from the Izquierdo family. We really like their Calamares Romana (Deep fried squid). Bar Estilo 7 Hill Rise, Richmond, TW10 6UQ, T: 0871 560 9841 Try the Rioja chicken at this Richmond Spanish restaurant (with Mediterranean leanings)				Pincho 55 Church Street, Twickenham, TW1 3NR A good atmosphere at this Twickenham tapas bar/restaurant on Church Street. The food is really good, as is the service. The outdoor seating is well covered and the wine list offers almost everything by the glass as well as the bottle. Decent Spanish fare.

The name 'London Borough of Richmond upon Thames' was created in 1963. Interestingly Twickenham has twice the population of Richmond and is the home of the Borough Council offices for Richmond upon Thames.
